West Shore Computer Services, Inc., a growing data processing center that serves a group of community banks, is accepting applications for a President position due to retirement. This position will provide strategic and tactical direction, development, evaluation and coordination for the center.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8 years experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support of financial information systems and direct management of a major information technology operation.  Previous related data processing experience with a core banking system such as Fiserv Signature is preferred. This individual must be a service-oriented leader with a successful record of staff development and proven skills negotiating and managing vendors. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to link and apply complex technologies to business strategy are required. Strong written, verbal and influencing skills are a must.
